Response and further pages

items contains the current page and total counts matching entries across all pages. Increase skip by the page size until you have retrieved all results, keeping the same filters. Do not use only the last startedAt value as the next cursor: several entries can share a start time.

Each entry includes its user, device, customer, start time, last contact, optional end time, status, note, and linked case. IDs and names may be absent depending on the assignment. Find the exact response schema in your instance's OpenAPI interface at /openapi/index.html.

totalDurationSeconds is a duration total only when ticketId is supplied. It covers all entries of that case visible to you, independently of search, date range, and page number. Without ticketId, it is 0. Open entries contribute time up to their last contact, not the current time.
