How octoja manages language and regional settings in the web interface.

octoja supports multiple languages and adapts the user interface automatically to your preferred language. The following sections describe how language settings work.

Language

The octoja interface can be displayed in multiple languages. Each user can set their preferred language under Profile → Preferences → Language.

octoja supports four languages: English, German, French and Dutch. These cover the web interface, the API and check results alike, so the language you choose applies consistently across the product.

You can pick your language from the language selector on the login screen and from your profile at any time. The four options appear there as English, Deutsch, Français and Nederlands.

Date and time formats

Date and time formats follow your browser's regional settings, independent of the interface language. For example, a browser set to a German region shows dates as DD.MM.YYYY, while a browser set to English (United States) shows MM/DD/YYYY.
