Help Center
What you can find on help.octoja.de and how the octoja Help Center is structured
octoja uses help.octoja.de as the official Help Center for documentation and product updates. It is powered by Featurebase.
What you can find here
The Help Center is the permanent home for octoja documentation. Articles are kept current with the product, so they are safe to link to from tickets, handover notes, or your own internal documentation.
Articles are organised by product area. Each area in the sidebar — for example Agents, Checks, Patch Management, or Integrations — holds the guides, background, and lookup tables for its topic. If you are new, start with Getting Started.
Note: Feature requests, support tickets, and the changelog live on the octoja feedback portal at feedback.octoja.de, not in the Help Center.
Open the Help Center from octoja
The header menu and command bar open the Help Center in a new browser tab. These links carry your octoja sign-in with you, so there is no second login.
On smaller screens, open the same menu using the speech-bubble icon with a plus in the header.
The help bubble on the right edge of the screen opens the embedded messenger. You can search articles and reach support there without leaving the page.
The same header menu holds Tickets and Feedback portal, so support requests and feature requests stay one step away.
Available languages
The articles are available in German and English.

For technical questions about octoja itself, you can contact octoja support. For your organization's IT issues or services provided by your MSP, contact your MSP through its agreed support channel, such as case creation in the agent. These are separate support requests.

Where can I find the data processing agreement and its security measures?
The data processing agreement (AVV) and its technical and organizational measures (TOM) are publicly available on the octoja website in German. The TOM form Annex 1 to the agreement and are available on a separate page.
