Enable beta features

Enable or disable optional features for the instance as an administrator.

Use Beta features to try optional capabilities in your octoja instance. Enabling a feature affects the entire instance, not just your account.

Prerequisites

You need an administrator account.

Beta features may change or behave unexpectedly. Coordinate enablement with your team and evaluate the feature on suitable test devices first.

Enable or disable a feature

The Beta features page with the enabled-feature count and cards for Securepoint, Hyper-V, UniFi and Proxmox VE.

  1. Open Settings → Beta features.
  2. Click the card for the feature you want. The selection is saved immediately; there is no separate Save step.

Click an enabled card again to disable it. Enablement and disablement are recorded in the audit log. If the settings page is missing or access is denied, first check that you are signed in with an administrator account.
