Results

The check reports installation and version, VIPRE service state, Active Protection, definition and last-scan age, and VIPRE registrations in Windows Security Center. It also warns about Defender real-time protection running in parallel. Duplicate stale VIPRE registrations are informational rather than a failure.

A successful result means VIPRE is installed, required services are running, Active Protection is enabled, and the configured age limits are met. The result details identify the affected component.
